The European Commission is holding a competition for research specialists in a variety of fields.

Researchers are sought in the following areas:

• Field 1: Life sciences and technologies;
• Field 2: Sustainable development: environmental sciences and technologies;
• Field 3: Technologies for the information society and industrial technologies;
• Field 4: Socio-economic and ethical aspects of research and technological development (RTD) activities.

Applicants must have three years' experience in research policy, the management of research and technological development projects or programmes, or research work.
