A congress on all aspects of European research on organic food and farming will take place in Odense, Denmark, on 30 and 31 May.

Among other topics, the congress will examine what potential research in organic food and farming can offer with regard to the development of agriculture and food production, rural development and environmental protection in an enlarged EU.
