If UK universities are indeed embroiled in a culture war over Brexit (ā€œAre UK universities on the front line of a Brexit ā€˜culture war’?ā€, News, 9 November) how can we, as Andy Westwood suggests, ā€œā€¦demonstrate our use and benefit to both sidesā€? Unless he means by pointing out, with evidence, the fallacy of one side inĀ the argument. In the case of Brexit, that would surely be a useful function.
