Courses 360

The UK’s Most Comprehensive Higher Education Data Collection

Course, tuition fee, entry requirement and scholarship data from 170+ UK providers.

Courses 360 is delivered in Excel-based datasets, making it simple to compare competitors and analyse data across the UK higher education sector. Search and filter course-level data by institution, geographical region, mission group, award type or subject area (CAH3 subject codes), enabling quick and flexible benchmarking of tuition fees and entry requirements.

The Scholarships & Bursaries database allows you to compare funding opportunities across institutions, including award values, eligibility criteria, target countries and widening participation groups.

The complete 2026/27 databases include information on more than 40,000 undergraduate and postgraduate taught courses offered by UK higher education institutions, covering all delivery modes and start dates. The Scholarships & Bursaries database includes details of over 6,000 internal awards available to prospective and current students.

The annual courses data collection starts each year in September. The first partial undergraduate and postgraduate databases are sent to clients in November, meaning having access to some data 10 months before the upcoming intake. As new information becomes available, and as our data capture continues, we provide updated databases monthly. By the end of March, all UK public higher education institutions are included, with selected alternative providers added in April. The undergraduate and postgraduate databases are finalised by June and the final version sent to all clients, allowing undertaking the final comprehensive review of the sector.

The Scholarships and Bursaries database is also updated annually, enabling new awards to be added and data for ongoing awards to be fully checked/updated, including financial values. Updated databases are sent monthly from February through to June, ensuring clients have access to the latest available information throughout the collection cycle.

“The extent and breadth of the information in Course360 has [...] provided a platform when developing new course provision. It allows for insights in what is already offered in the market at a detailed course level including which programmes have accreditation and entry requirements. This context is invaluable when looking at market opportunities for the launch of new programmes.â€
