Established in 2020, Al Huda University College is a private university in Ramadi, Iraq, licensed by the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Starting with just 226 students across three departments, the college has expanded rapidly since its establishment, increasing both its academic offering and campus infrastructure.
The college is located in Ramadi, the capital of Iraq’s western Al Anbar Governorate. The college’s purpose-built modern campus includes over 13 specialist teaching laboratories, for medical subjects and engineering and chemistry, including the microbiology lab, molecular biology lab, physiology laboratory, refinery lab, and thermodynamics lab. It also features engineering workshops, computer laboratories, simulation facilities for medical programmes, a central library, electronic learning resources and conference halls.
Al Huda consists of eight colleges: dentistry, pharmacy, medical laboratory technologies, medical instrumentation techniques engineering, civil engineering, computer engineering technologies, law, business administration, accounting and English language.The college also operates a Continuing Education Unit, delivering professional development courses and specialised training programmes for students, graduates and members of the wider community.
The college promotes scientific research through annual scientific conferences and academic seminars.
